1. Air scrubbing (determine whether this step is required according to the actual situation)
Open the exhaust valve, backwash drain valve and washing drain valve of the activated carbon filter, drain the water to the middle of the endoscope on the filter, close the washing drain valve, then open the air inlet valve for air scrubbing, close the air inlet valve after scrubbing for 3-5 minutes, and conduct water backwashing after all the filter materials settle.
2. Water backwashing
Open the backwashing inlet valve, start the backwashing water pump and the outlet valve of the water pump for backwashing for about 10 ~ 20 minutes. During backwashing, control the backwashing flow, subject to the non discharge of filter material, and stop water backwashing after the drainage is clarified. Stop the backwashing water pump, close the outlet valve of the water pump, the backwashing inlet valve and backwashing drain valve of the filter.
3. Washing
Put the dual media filter into operation first, then open the water inlet valve of the activated carbon filter, open the washing drainage valve and close the exhaust valve for washing after the filter is full of water. After washing until the drainage is qualified, close all valves above the activated carbon filter, and the activated carbon filter enters the standby state; Or open the water valve, close the washing drainage valve and put the activated carbon filter into operation.
