At this time, the adsorption amount of N2 is very small, and the short gas production time can effectively improve The gas production rate of carbon molecular sieves increases, but at the same time it also increases the operating frequency of the valve, so the performance of the valve is also very important. Generally, the adsorption time is selected to be 30-120 seconds. A short gas production time is recommended for small high-purity nitrogen generators, and a long gas production time is recommended for large-scale low-concentration nitrogen generators.
5. Operating pressure Carbon molecular sieves have a balance adsorption effect while having a dynamic effect. The partial pressure of the adsorbate is high and the adsorption capacity is also high. Therefore, the adsorption by the pressurizer is beneficial, but the adsorption pressure is too high, which is harmful to the air compressor. Modeling requirements are also increased. In addition, the two processes of normal pressure regeneration and vacuum regeneration have different requirements for adsorption pressure. Considering various factors, it is recommended that the adsorption pressure of normal pressure regeneration process be selected as 5-8kg/cm2; It is advisable to select the pressure as 3-5Kg/cm2.

6. Use temperature as the adsorbent. Selecting a lower adsorption temperature is beneficial to the performance of carbon molecular sieves. It is beneficial to lower the adsorption temperature when conditions permit for the nitrogen generator process.
