1. Milling

2. Knead
Coal tar asphalt and other binders are added to the ground anthracite and mixed evenly in the kneading equipment. The purpose of kneading is to fully mix the solid-phase pulverized coal with the liquid-phase coal tar, give the mixture plasticity and fluidity, make the fine particles of pulverized coal fully and evenly filled and wrapped by the coal tar, and the coal tar forms a carbon skeleton after carbonization.
3. Molding
This is to use hydraulic equipment to squeeze the kneaded carbon powder raw materials into carbon strips with a certain diameter extrusion die under certain conditions;
4. Carbonization
The carbon strip is carbonized after air drying, and the carbonized material is screened into qualified carbonized material and added to the activation furnace for activation;
5. Activation
Through catalytic activation, the carbonized carbon strip is further torn and expanded into microcrystalline products with highly developed micropores.
6. Sieving
After screening and packaging, the activated material is the finished product of columnar activated carbon; The under screen material during the screening of the activated material is used for the production of by-products for recovery, the under screen particle part is used for the production of broken granular activated carbon products, and the under screen powder part is used for the production of powdered activated carbon products by grinding.
